• Free listing: Adding and managing a facility profile (water park, swimming pool, etc.) is completely free of charge.
• Authorship and accuracy: The user is responsible for ensuring that the entered facility information is truthful, up to date, and does not violate the rights of third parties.
• Content suitability: Descriptions and texts of facilities must not contain vulgar, misleading, erotic, or otherwise inappropriate or illegal content.

3. Adding reviews and comments

• Share your real experiences from visiting water parks and swimming pools.
• Be polite. Vulgarities, insults, hate speech, or untrue information will be deleted without notice.

4. Uploading photos and copyright

When uploading photos to reviews or facility profiles, these key rules apply:

• Content suitability: Photos must not contain vulgar, erotic, explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate or illegal content.
• Ownership and rights: By uploading a photo, you warrant that you are its author or possess all necessary copyrights. Uploading photos downloaded from the internet or other social networks is prohibited.
• Consent to use: By uploading a photo, the user grants the operator of Aquaparky.info a free, indefinite licence to display, modify, and use it within the website's content and promotion.
• Privacy protection: Make sure that other persons (especially children) are not captured in detail in the photos without their consent.

5. Operator rights

The website operator reserves the right to modify or remove any facility profile, post, or photo that violates these rules, good morals, or applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
